I disagree with turning this specific idea into a full event as it's largely based on an inside joke and real Osaka lore. I think it works better as a prayer because it's small in scale and allows people to engage with it without needing to know any of the inside jokes around it.

However, I think the broader idea of interacting/helping old minor/surprisingly major gods with unexpected domains (or pop culture references) could be an interesting idea for an event.
