I’m familiar with the Osaka lore and was actually partially referring to that to. The inside joke I didn’t get (there is a broken link to an image which is not loading so if it’s a screenshot I’m not able to see it). So I can’t comment on the joke I haven’t seen but as the lore goes I’d say it can work as well for a prayer as for an event. With my preference on the event but true the prayer is repeatable and so maybe better use of that particular piece of lore.
